Surprise Proposal in Audubon Park

I loved this proposal from the beginning planning stages all the way to the end! Joe had every little detail planned to surprise Jenna that day! His plans were to propose to her early in the morning at the Newman Bandstand in Audubon and then have friends meet them for brunch at Commanders Palace!

For the first photo, you can see I was pretty far away, hiding under the awning. I remember seeing his face and knew his mind was probably racing and heart was beating fast. This was the beginning of them starting a new life together – soon to be engaged! I took a few photos of them walking up to the band stand…and then, well you see how the story unfolds in the photos. They were so smiley & happy, it was truly a perfect way to start my Saturday morning.
